They are the easiest steam loco conversion I have done yet. A TSU-750 and a hi-bass speaker fit in nicely in the tender. All you have to do it take everything out of the tender, fit the hi-bass speaker and solder the chip in to the existing tags to the plug. How to do it is all on Marcus Ammann's site:
http://www.members.optusnet.com.au/nswmn/32.htm
They run (and sound) fabulous.James McInerneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04955375097542647103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2757620072814458344.post-70353888631483654002011-03-03T19:28:40.550+11:002011-03-03T19:28:40.550+11:00James, with the TOR 32, how do they go with sound?...James, with the TOR 32, how do they go with sound? Andrew is ...G'day Ian :) Nice to hear from you. Andrew is in big trouble now, he had better get everything absolutely perfect, as he has now attracted the official attention of the DPC (Detail Police Constable ;o) Hope your Classic Brass 32 class installs go easier than mine! If I have read you post correctly, you are having trouble with your Traino 32s? Most unusual, mine was the easiest chip install I have done yet, and it ran perfectly, straight out of the box (better than the brass and pretty much on a par with my Traino diesels).James McInerneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04955375097542647103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2757620072814458344.post-10574461116354371562011-02-13T18:37:37.715+11:002011-02-13T18:37:37.715+11:00Hi James, Don't listen to Andrew carry on. I found the track on Bowen Creek did not agree with my 19 class........Funny That.
Anyway, I have a couple of Joes 32's currently undergoing decoder installs and paint jobs. I too have a couple Trainorama 32's that both needed major mods to get them to perform as they should. I will take note of your comments about yours and see what I come up with when I finsih my two. Keep the posts coming, always a good read.

IanIan Phemisterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06548784626442896843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2757620072814458344.post-9647731053098064252011-02-12T23:01:26.678+11:002011-02-12T23:01:26.678+11:00I have enough trouble with what I've got! You keep yours on a diet and if they are still all working in 30 years time, let me know... though you'll probably need a medium! ;o)James McInerneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04955375097542647103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2757620072814458344.post-75212709724774365622011-02-12T21:40:02.470+11:002011-02-12T21:40:02.470+11:00I see ya problem James, Ya wheels are too fat!!
